In Wédhytas, h-prothesis is the addition of an "h" at the beginning of a word. This only occurs in words beginning with a vowel.
H-Prothesis occurs in these circumstances:
After certain possessive pronouns, such as "ei" and "tó".

‘This is your time.’
After the article "no" (when the following word is vowel initial).
