Uginus

The language of the "Mistun Japinus" people who have the belief that Fargus (the sun) is the goddess of Risaq (inner fire) and Lupinus (the moon) is the goddess of Umaq (the process of cooling down). They perform rituals in ice cold water practicing activation of Risaq to cope through the cold. They perform these rituals to both praise the supernatural and strengthen their core to build a shield for both physical and mental pain.
