Mimini is a cute-funny language with bizarre phonetic features. Its design goal is not naturalistic neutrality, but a strongly marked, playful, and internally coherent sound system. It should sound bright, odd, bouncy, slightly nasal, and comic, while remaining simple enough to use productively.
